Welcome to NJA Therapy!
The story behind this small outpatient private practice and studio was to provide 100% quality care and occupational therapy to infants and toddlers. I have been so in love with children that I decided to venture into this realm. It is something new for me, being an owner of a pediatric occupational therapy service and studio. It has been a life long dream since I started out in Occupational therapy school eight years ago. Now that I am a mother of one, I felt it was time to open up my own little occupational therapy practice.
Pediatrics has been my calling and passion. I love being with babies and children. It makes me feel happy and content seeing them develop their own personalities through the use of play base therapy, which is occupational therapy.
There is a lot to learn from these little babies and a lot to teach. Becoming a part of their developmental process is a great achievement for me!

NJA Therapy aims to provide top quality and caliber pediatric occupational therapy in the Los Angeles County and in the San Gabriel Valley. NJA Therapy concentrates in helping infants and toddlers develop their necessary milestones and achieve independence in their play, social, motor, cognitive and sensory skills.
NJA Therapy offers specialized Occupational Therapy program on an infant's development through motor skills training, sensory processing and integration, social skills training, behavior/adaptive skills training, and feeding training.
With NJA Therapy will help improve a child's independence using his daily living skills. Children's main occupation and daily living activities involve PLAY. Occupational therapy encourages a child to enjoy play and use play as a means to develop his daily independence. Occupational therapy works on the child's developmental skills: motor, cognitive, social, language, self-help and behavior. In conjunction with Occupational Therapy, other therapeutic interventions address these issues. Occupational therapy allows the use his sensory processing skills, form his behavior and appropriate responses to certain stimuli.
